Take a visit to our reindeer farm and learn to cook Lappish delicacies with a local knowledge.

During the cooking class you will prepare a three course dinner guided by a local reindeer farmers by using pure local ingredients as forest mushrooms, berries, local root vegetables and good quality reindeer meat from the reindeer farmer´s own herd. You will also set and decorate the tables together with your hosts and finally enjoy the meal on the heat of flaming fire. While enjoying a dessert, you will hear relaxing drumming and touching Saami joik. In the end of the program, you will also receive a recipe booklet to take home.

Menu propose for the evening: Forest mushroom soup, Lappish flat bread, reindeer steaks, mashed potatoes, root vegetables, red wine sauce, pancakes with ice cream and cloudberry jam, coffee or tea.
